1. Hanuman Temple: 

You can hike to Hanuman Temple which is located on Anjaneya hills, which is known as the birthplace of lord Hanuman. You will have to cover 575 steps on Anjaneya hills to reach the top, where the temple of lord hanuman is located. You will have a great view of Hampi from a bird’s eye view. 

2. Vittala temple 

This is an ancient temple that was built in the 15th century, this is the temple dedicated to lord shiva and is very well built in Dravidian architecture. The architecture of this temple tells a different story from the ancient times.  

You will also get to see the iconic stone chariot displayed in Indian currency. You can also explore the market where in exchange for gold horses were traded in ancient times.

3. Tungbhadra river  

This is a holy river in South India, which flows from the eastern part of the western ghats and then merges into the Krishna River. You can also find many boats there which cross the Tungbhadra river. 

4. Sanapur lake

This is one of the famous lakes in Hampi, which is also a good place for adventure enthusiasts. Locals believe that you can also find crocodiles there, but no one has ever witnessed it yet. This palace offers various adventurous activities such as cliff jumping, swimming, and coracle rides.   

5. Virupaksha temple

This is a temple located in Hampi Bazaar, the major attraction of this temple is the elephant Laxmi. As the devotees enter the main hall they are blessed by the goddess.
